Installation Guarantees

Following the installation of your windows and doors you should receive a guarantee from your installer. If you have any issues with your installation then you must contact your installer who will undertake any repairs that are necessary under the guarantee issued by the installer. 

How Does Building Regulations Financial Protection Benefit You?

For peace of mind, if at any time in the next 6 years the original installer has ceased trading. Building Regulations Financial Protection will protect you for costs incurred in rectifying any breach in building regulations in respect of your windows and doors.

Following the completion of your replacement windows and doors you will receive a backup guarantee against non-compliance with building regulations.

Please retain this document in a safe and memorable location, along with your Assure Certificate.
